The only thing that gets rid of darkness is light. Healing is about getting rid of darkness which can only occur if light replaces it. What is healing light? I am not referring to the physical components of light, I am inquiring about a way to generate light that replaces darkness.
What is healing light?
As explained in the scripture verse below, healing light is intelligence, or if you prefer, knowledge.
The glory of God is intelligence, or in other words, light and truth. Light and truth forsake that evil one.
T&C 93:11
How about that! If you want to overcome darkness, the secret is to generate more healing light by gaining intelligence aka truth. If you desire to maintain healing, seek intelligence because intelligence is light which is needed to maintain healing. The term intelligence always means increasing knowledge which is truth, never embracing false information.
Increase intelligence/knowledge – What is healing light?
Increasing light doesn’t just happen. Light must be added upon and the way to increase light is to develop an insatiable curiosity for truth. If you lack light (which we all do), it is because you lack intelligence. The following Bible scripture tells you, if you reject true knowledge, God will reject you.
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee.
Hosea 4:6
A closed mind prevents the flow of light. When possessing a closed mind, you have created a dam preventing light/intelligence to freely flow. Non-acceptance of truth/intelligence stops progression, thus holding you back just like a constructed dam that slows down water flow.
If you can destroy yourself by rejecting truth, this means on the opposite hand, you can also be saved by accepting true knowledge as stated below.
A man is saved no faster than he gets knowledge, for if he does not get knowledge, he will be brought into captivity by some evil power in the other word, as evil spirits will have more knowledge, and consequently more power.
(TPJS, p. 217.)
You have to be smarter than negative entities if you want to get rid of them. The only way to be smarter than them is to become good at telling what is truth and what is lies. The only antidote to remove darkness is the truth aka intelligence!
Creating healing light is an ongoing process…
The following scripture verse makes it clear that increasing healing light is an ongoing process until perfection is attained.
And again, he that receives the word of truth, does he receive it by the spirit of truth or some other way? If it be some other way, it is not of God…Wherefore, he that preaches and he that receives, understand one another, and both are edified and rejoice together. And that which does not edify is not of God, and is darkness. That which is of God is light, and he that receives light and continues in God receives more light, and that light grows brighter and brighter until the perfect day.
T&C 36:4
It takes a very long time to reach perfection, much longer than the allotted time you live on earth. This is why I believe life continues after death. Internalizing Light
The process of increasing light can only work if you acquire light within yourself. Light can be all-around you but you won’t comprehend the light unless you internalize it. By the way, happiness is a by-product of internalizing light.
Light of the World
Since Christ is the light of the world (or whatever title you refer to as God or the creator of the earth), He is also the intelligence of the world.
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
John 8:12
Christ is the intelligence of the world that lends you the power to live and breathe. The light of Christ is in and through all things co-extensive with Heavenly Father’s intelligence/light as explained in the following words…
Jesus Christ his Son, he that ascended up on high, as also he descended below all things, in that he comprehended all things, that he might be in all and through all things, the light of truth, which truth shines. This is the light of Christ, as also he is in the sun and the light of the sun, and the power thereof by which it was made; as also he is in the moon and is the light of the moon, and the power thereof by which it was made; as also the light of the stars and the power thereof by which they were made; and the earth also, and the power thereof, even the earth upon which you stand. And the light which now shines, which gives you light, is through him who enlightens your eyes, which is the same light that quickens your understandings, which light proceeds forth from the presence of God to fill the immensity of space: the light which is in all things, which gives life to all things, which is the law by which all things are governed, even the power of God who sits upon his throne, who is in the bosom of eternity, who is in the midst of all things.
