Self-Energy Work | Focusing Movement of Light

I had been told numerous times by various sources that everyone has the ability to heal themselves through self-energy work. 

I worked with three different energy workers every week for almost two years.   I noticed a positive difference after they worked on me, but I began to realize I only felt better if they worked on me every week.  When I skipped a week, I felt the same as before I started working with energy workers, although, I had been consistent about making an appointment every week.  I had become dependent on them just like when I went to chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists.  I had been told numerous times by various sources that everyone has the ability to heal themselves through self-energy work.  It took two years, but I finally made the decision I was going to learn to heal myself by learning the art of self-energy work.

Self-Energy Work parallels with Meditation

It has taken a while to learn the secret of self-energy work is practicing and practicing to focus on the movement of light.  It has been a stop-and-start process until I discovered some new meditation methods that helped me understand self-energy work parallels with meditation techniques.  Both self-energy work and meditation are practices to master the art of healing by focusing on light.  Like learning most skills, it takes practice and patience to achieve the desired results.

Purple and White – Healing Colors

Improvement is occurring

I strained my lower back.  I had the thought to focus purple/white light to my lower back.  I tried it, and I was elated I could feel the light energy filling and relaxing this area of my back.  When I tried this a couple of years ago, I couldn’t feel anything.

It has been two months since I started meditating again, and I can tell my ability to move larger amounts of energy and focus for longer periods of time has improved.  I think it is interesting although I didn’t meditate for two years, I didn’t completely lose the ability to move energy through focus.  I recognize I have been blessed to improve my focus and ability to move light when I resumed meditating or doing self-energy work.

Focusing on the chakras

Looking back, I believe if I would have been encouraged and taught by my energy workers to work with them, I would have been able to maintain a healing state that would have helped me achieve better results.  It comes as no surprise the biggest strides I have made has resulted from the daily discipline to focus on energy.

The energy worker I spent the most time with (a year and a half) spent quite a bit of time on my chakras.  Since I have been doing the Tibetan chakra meditation while focusing light to each chakra with the coordinating color associated with each chakra, I feel more sensation than I ever have in my chakras, especially the lower three.

If I was doing regular energy work for others, I would definitely encourage them to begin the daily discipline of focusing light on various areas of the body beginning with the chakras because they are the base energy centers that carry life essential energy working in conjunction with the brain, spine and nervous system allowing the body to function properly.

After the chakras are functioning properly, I would encourage those interested in self-energy work to explore my favorite guided meditation.

Conclusion

I truly believe we each have the ability to heal ourselves through regularly focusing light into the body while meditating and doing self-energy work.
