Meditation of the Day | Guided Meditation by Joe Dispenza

Meditation of the Day Inspired by Joe Dispenza - I like to choose meditations that elevate emotion because my goal is to have a clear intention with an elevated emotion so my subconscious mind receives a clear signal of my intentions so it can do its job properly.

Presently, my favorite meditation of the day when meditating for myself is a guided meditation inspired by Joe Dispenza.  I like to choose meditations that elevate emotion because my goal is to have a clear intention with an elevated emotion so my subconscious mind receives a clear signal of my intentions so it can do its job properly.

Prior to Meditation of the Day

Prior to my meditation of the day, I like to spend a little time preparing spiritually.

  1. I make sure I have no negative entities. (See link to remove negative entities)
  2. Then I shield myself with light.  (See link on how to shield)
  3. Then I say a short gratitude prayer.
  • Thank you for the healing knowledge you have blessed me with
  • Thank you for your patience
  • Thank you for helping me focus
  • Thank you for my health
  • Thank you for this physical experience to learn and grow

I like to express thanks because showing gratitude is as if a blessing has already occurred which displays faith.

Slow Down Breathing

I slow my breathing to a steady rhythmic breath, in through the nose and out through the mouth.  I usually do this about five times.

Meditation of the Day – Inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza

This meditation of the day is inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza in his book titled, “You Are the Placebo” on pages 287-297. I recommend reading this book prior to doing this mediation so you have a full understanding of the terms used in the meditation.

I prefer a hard copy of “You Are the Placebo” from Amazon because at times I like to refer to a written copy of the meditation and make notes about certain thoughts or ideas that came to me while meditating.

You can own this meditation by downloading it to your library using the link below. This high-quality meditation is available on Amazon Audible books for an affordable low price that can be used repeatedly each day.

Joe Dispenza’s inspiring story

Joe Dispenza shares his amazing, inspiring story of how he healed six compressed and fractured vertebrae through meditation that I recommend listening to.  It is about 7 minutes long.

Here are a few thoughts that run through my mind to elevate my emotions during this meditation of the day.

  • I am loved
  • All things are possible through higher intelligence
  • I surrender the past
  • I trust
  • I am love
  • I love myself
  • I am new
  • I am healed

Becoming Nobody

The part of the meditation where the narrator asks me to become nobody, I visualize myself in complete darkness as waves of light in the quantum field of possibilities (the divine matrix) as nobody but waves of light.

Joe Dispenza Meditation Prayer

My favorite part of this guided meditation is the prayer.  When I say this prayer mentally, it is the part of the meditation that arouses the most emotion within me.

And now take your left hand and place it over your heart.

Bless your body to be lifted to a new mind.

Bless your life to be an extension of your mind

Bless your future to never be your past.

Bless your past turns to wisdom

Bless the adversity in your to initiate you to greatness

Bless you to see the hidden meaning behind all things.

Bless your soul that it wake you up from this dream.

Bless the divine in you that it moves in you that it moves through you

And that it moves all around you

That is shows cause in your life.

And finally, I want you to give thanks for a new life before it’s made manifest

So that your body, as the unconscious mind, begins to experience that future now

For the emotional signature of gratitude means the event has already happened

For gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership. – Included in Joe Dispenza’s guided meditation
