Healing your chakras is more important than I realized. They are the energy system that carries life-essential energy working in conjunction with the brain, spine, and nervous system, definitely playing an important role in optimum health and well-being.
Tibetan Chakra Meditation There is a lot of information about healing your chakras online, but I haven’t seen much about a Tibetan chakra meditation I discovered. In Tibet, meditation has been commonly practiced and taught for hundreds of years. For this reason, I pay attention to Tibetan meditations. This “healing your chakras” Tibetan meditation is only 35 minutes long so the tone for each chakra is only about five minutes. Wearing earphones is recommended. Although it is short, it is effective. I love how relaxed I feel after listening to this chakras meditation. Below is a link to this meditation. I hope you enjoy it too!
Tibetan Chakra Meditation I have discovered if I focus light in the color that corresponds to each chakra and on the area each chakra is located, this Tibetan meditation is more effective. Each time I hear the bell ring, it alerts me, it is time to focus a new color of light on the next chakra. The below image shows the color and location of each chakra. The chakra order sequence is from bottom to top.

I also invite my
angel guardians to focus the various colors of light into my chakras. I have found them to be helpful in increasing movement.
Healing your Chakras
When healing your chakras, it is important to understand once you start meditating on your chakras, it is paramount to complete the meditation on all 7 chakras in order not to
disbalance yourself! In other words, it is not a good idea to stop a chakra meditation before it is finished!
Joe Dispenza includes brain images in his book
“You Are the Placebo” that show incoherence (scrambled energy) prior to meditation. After meditation, incoherence is replaced with coherence (normal brainwave patterns that flow). Although images are not available of the chakras, prior to and after meditation, I believe the chakra energy also becomes unscrambled (coherent) through meditation.
Binaural Beats meditations Binaural Beats meditations are also excellent for healing your chakras. The following link has…..
- A little over an hour session
- A 7-hour session designed for sleeping
- A powerful 45-minute session
My favorite is the powerful, short 45-minute session (listed last). I have come to understand that healing your chakras does not mean you need to practice long healing meditations. This is a situation where more is not better.
Binaural Beats Meditations432 Hz. instead of 440 Hz.
When meditating, it is recommended to listen to 432 Hz. rather than 440 Hz. as explained below:
“The ancients tuned their instruments at an A of 432 Hz instead of 440 Hz – and for a good reason. There are plenty of music examples on the internet that you can listen to, in order to establish the difference for yourself. Attuning the instrument to 432 Hz results in a more relaxing sound, while 440 Hz slightly tenses up to body. This is because 440 Hz is out of tune with both macrocosmos and microcosmos. 432 Hz on the contrary is in tune. innergarden.org; collective evolution.com
Convert all music Some people believe so strongly in listening to 432 Hz music they convert all their music to this frequency. If you are interested in converting all your music to 432 Hz, here is a link that offers that service:
Return to 432 Six Main Healing Frequencies Here are the six main healing frequencies called Solfeggio frequencies:
396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear
417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)
639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
741 Hz – Expression/Solutions
852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order
Doublecheck music frequencies It is a good idea to double-check music frequencies when choosing musical meditations to make sure they are advertised correctly. Sometimes music is marked with a certain frequency, but it is actually a different frequency. You can
muscle test (kinesiology) or use a pendulum to make sure it is the correct frequency you desire. I have double-checked all the meditations I recommend from various online resources. However, I cannot guarantee that no changes have been made after the date I post my recommendations.
